Monforte Wills & Estate Planning, is a family owned Willwriting and Estate planning company.  

Your Will is unique to you, and should reflect your own special wishes and circumstances, so at Monforte Wills & Estate Planning, we will take time to understand your specific needs and objectives to provide you with a Will that gives you the peace of mind you deserve.      

Our step-by-step Willwriting service ensures that your Will can be tailored to your needs.        

Our initial meeting is Free during which we will after discussing and understanding your requirements and objectives, offer advice and guidance on your Will.

We will provide recommendations on how best to manage and distribute your estate assets and how to make provisions for your loved ones.     

All our Wills are written on a fixed fee basis and and the cost includes a Free Will storage facility and registration of your Will on the National Will Register.

We can also offer an Estate Administration service for executors and family members when dealing with a deceased's estate.     

We are based in the New Forest and deal with clients in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.  We can also deal with clients further afield upon request.      

Monforte Wills & Estate Planning is a member of The Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) the recognised professional body regulating and promoting the profession of Willwriting in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and we comply with the IPW Code of Practice approved by the Trading Standards Institute under its Consumer Codes Approval Scheme.
